As your celebrant I create the vibe and get the party started early. I ensure your guests are involved and engaged in your ceremony even before you arrive - who wants to wait until after the speeches to begin the fun!
I take the lead and add the sassiness darlings. I know how to strike the right balance between celebrating love and acknowledging the importance of the commitment being made. I will quietly step aside at all the right moments to put you and your guests centre stage.
As unique as you are…
Unlike your local Registrars (through no fault of their own) I am not restricted to a short, standard ceremony script - all over in 10 minutes.
We can go bold or go home. I can warm up the crowd with music, a raffle to be one of your witnesses, we can include songs, rituals, readings in your ceremony or maybe mid-ceremony fizz or shots!
You want doves you got it! Fancy a Harry Potter reading or marrying at the beach - well your luck is in, I’m the all round bodacious babe ready to rock your ceremony and make it happen.
Your personalised ceremony will be packed full of stories of how you met, why you are soulmates, amusing reflections and maybe a few happy tears. All before you say ‘I do’ and make your way back down the aisle showered in petals by your cheering, hand clapping and dancing love crew!

I pride myself on the authentic connection I form with my couples and am passionate and sincere about making sure your ceremony is the highlight of your day.

Step 1 - the meet up
First things first let’s get together, in person or over Zoom (depending on your preference). You will get a sense of my style and approach and I will learn more about your plans. I’ll explain how everything works and you can bombard me with all your questions.
When you feel comfortable that I am a good fit for you and you are ready to lock me in – we’ll get started with a couple of forms and a Booking Fee to secure the date. That’s it, you can chill, I will guide you through every step.
Once your date is secured you will receive a log in for the Love Locker full of information, tips on vow writing, questionnaires, fun extras, vendor recommendations and more.
Step 2 - Create your story
From now on we will keep in touch until its time to start planning your ceremony, we’ll meet up one more time to work out what’s in and what’s out and think about writing those vows.
Then it’s over to me to write your fully personalised, relaxed, heartfelt, inclusive, fun and memorable ceremony. I’ll send you a draft a couple of weeks before the wedding, and we will get everything confirmed and ready for the big day.
For your marriage or civil partnership to be legal you will need to register at your local registry office. Its just a short 45 words or less affair, and costs around £60 depending on where you live, you get to save all the readings, personal vows and fun moments for your celebrant-led ceremony and your guests! I will walk you through this when we meet.
Step 3 - the rehearsal
A rehearsal or better described as a ‘final run through’ to fine tune things including who stands where, how to exchange rings, handle the microphone etc. Or we can have a virtual run through a few days before the ceremony (if required). Whichever works for you.
This will give you confidence on the day and calm any nerves that might be bubbling to the surface.
Step 4 - Let’s celebrate
The Big Day is here! Get the champagne on ice, the GHD’s heated up, the MAU is in the room - Houston we are go for launch.
On the day, I’ll arrive an hour or more prior to your ceremony, set up and test my equipment, talk with the venue and your photographer.
I’ll great you on your arrival ready to calm both of your nerves and send you down the aisle as cool as Barbie and Ken.
Breath….relax and enjoy.
Once the ceremony is over you will receive your commemorative Marriage Certificate and a little gift from me.
I’ll stick around to watch the photos and then slip out the back (unless you have booked me to MC for the evening of course!).

*A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required upon booking me and confirming the date, with the balance to be paid in full 60 days prior to the wedding day.
**If your ceremony is further than 20 miles from Halesworth, Suffolk travel charges may apply.
